Though every Intervention Direction (ID) has 2 concepts (1 digital, 1 non-digital) corresponding to it, they have been presented in the form of thematic clusters (called Prototype Clusters). It must be noted however, that each of the concepts can stand on their own and can be deployed separately even outside the Prototype Cluster.
